Time to Make the Lefse

The McCarthy family tradition of Swedish Christmas Eve wouldn't be complete without Lefse. Grandpa Paul made the dough and the Saturday before Christmas, we hosted lefse-making. The boys loved mashing the dough with Grandpa Paul!
